File renaming: only add keyword if there is one

I want to do a batch rename on my files and add the keyword between brackets. This in itself is easy, however, I only want the brackets and the keywords within them to appear when a keyword actually exists.

If no keyword exists I currently get this: 20121231_131945_413 ().JPG

While I want it to be this: 20121231_131945_413.JPG

Is there a way to work with formulas or something?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Kr,

Sigrid

No, there are no formulae of any kind. You could only remove the brackets by a workaround using a plugin - see Complex file renaming – Lightroom Solutions  .

In general, it's not a great idea to include keywords in file names of your originals. It's something that is best limited to exporting.
