File won't open when using Edit in photoshop

Question

Hello my Lightroom won't work when open with edit in photoshop, I've tried to uninstall both apps done the reset preference nothing works I'm using the lastest PS version 24.4.1 and LR 12.3

I just got a " the file could not be edited because adobe photoshop 2023 could not be launched " after couple minutes, then i get a "embedded profile mismatch" pop up on PS, is there anyway to fix that ?
