How do I go about filling this pano into a rectangular frame?

    Crop it or use boundary warp, or a combination of the two. Better clarify that. What version of Lightroom do you have?

    Or create the panorama in Photoshop with the option Content Aware Fill Transparent Areas.  That option often does a very good job of filling in the ragged edges that are near sky, water, grass, tree-tops, etc.
