fine tuning Contour shuttle xpress for Lightroom Classic?

Hello all! I just picked up a Contour Xpress for editing. I hate using a mouse or the pad on my MacBook!

I'm having issues fine-tuning the Jog. When I use jog for lets, say contrast, when I turn the dial, it goes in +/-10 increments. I would like +/- 1. Does anyone have a tip for me? I really appreciate any help you can provide!
