Issue: Lightroom Classic (version 13.5.1) on Windows 10 fails to display most folders within the Folders panel after moving a folder within the Lightroom Classic interface, until the software is restarted.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Drag and drop a folder from one location to another within the Folders panel of Lightroom Classic:
  2. Observe that most folders disappear from the Folders tree:
  3. Restart Lightroom Classic and verify that all folders are now visible:

Expected behavior: Lightroom Classic should consistently display the Folders tree after moving a folder.

Actual behavior: Lightroom Classic incorrectly hides most folders in various locations after moving a folder within the Lightroom Classic interface, until the software is restarted.
