Folder names showing as file path

Hey everyone,

I recently had to remake my Lightroom catalog due to a hard drive failure. Luckily, I never formatted my SD Cards. But I am trying to figure out why the folders in my catalog appear under their file paths and not the actual folder names that they are in and I am wondering how I can switch that back if there is a way? Thanks in advance!
