folder permission issue

openend lightroom and received message saying to fix the forder permissons not able to access catalog. the message reads as above. lightroom up to date and my OS firmware up to date also performed the lightroom permisson file in terminal to update the read/write on the folder,please help thanks...

I'll add this: In System Preferences, >Security & Privacy, >Full Disk Access, do you see LR listed? If not, do add it and try again.

You need to give Lightroom the necessary permissions in System Settings - Security & Privacy.
