Folder problem with numbers...

Hello,

I have got a problem with the folders... I automaticly import with LR my photos in folders by dates... but in the library mode in down left, i've got some folders named 01 02 03 ... etc and under i've got my dates folder: 2010 2011 2012 etc...

Then when i clik on the 01 folder it give me an adress like (2010 -10-01)

I dont understand why those folders are here... what's happened?

And almost how to revert this?
