Force Lightroom Classic to always use same two monitors in dual monitor configuration

I use LR Classic with multiple monitors (3 to be exact)  The main LR window is always on my center monitor and I wish to always use a different monitor for the secondary window.  Unfortunately every time I open LR classic it reverts to using the same monitor for the main window and the secondary window and I get a message in the display preferences "Lightroom is already open on this monitor.  Please select another monitor" So every time I open LR I have to go into the preferences and change the secondary monitor.  This only happens when I restart my computer not when I restart LR.  Is there a way to force LR to always use the same two monitors so I don't have to change it every time I open LR?  I have looked all through the preferences and I don't see any way to change it
