Foto Import bricht ab

Beim Import von Fotos (RAW Bilder die gleichfalls in DNG) gewandelt werden stoppt der Import nach wenigen Fotos. Es hilft nur ein Abbruch des Imports und anschließender Neustart des Rechners, da das Speichermedium in der Kamera nicht mehr erkannt wird. Nach dem Neustart werden die verbliebenen Fotos erkannt und importiert. Dieser Vorgang wird zumeist 2-3x wiederholt, zuletzt habe ich so insgesamt 180 Fotos eines Shootings übertragen. Problem tritt kameraunabhängig unter Windows10 64Bit auf und ist erst kürzlich aufgetreten.

Es ist ausreichend Platz auf der C-Partition vorhanden, die Bild- und Archivdateien liegen auf einer anderen Partition. Hat jemand einen Tipp oder Hinweis zur Eingrenzung des Problems.Danke im Voraus 😉

Is the camera going asleep? You're far better off using a card reader to get files imported. 

 

Do you get the issue if you copy directly off the card to the hard drive?

danke für Eure Hinweise, ich werde insbesondere das Thema card reader testen und mich mit Euren Hinweisen auseinandersetzen, melde mich abschließend. Besten Dank und bis später

Hab es nun mit dem card reader versucht und tatsächlich funktionierte es ohne Abbruch. Danach hab ich den Import auch noch einmal direkt aus den Kameras (D780 und Sony a 6600) probiert und auch hier funktionierte es seltsamerweise wieder einwandfrei. In allen Fällen hatte ich noch einen weiteren Hinweis beachtet, der PC muss erst die Karte/Kamera erkennen, danach erst Lightroom starten. Scheinbar ist das Problem, zumindest vorerst, gelöst. Ansonsten hab ich ja noch ein paar Hinweise von Euch im Köcher. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Euch.

What happend when you import the pictures with an card reader?

Is the camera (memory card) visible in the Explorer? Can you copy the pictures via Explorer to the hard disk and import in Lightroom from this place?

Do you have tried another memory card?

Do you have tried another USB port and another USB cable?

 

Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Which version of Windows do you use?

Is your system up-to-date, especially device drivers, chipset drivers and so on? If no, please install the latest versions of the drivers,

 

Does this work in the past correctly? If yes, what has been changed on your system before the error occur?

 

What you can try first is to reset the preferences to the default settings. 

Reset Procedure: 

  • Close Lightroom. 
  • Windows: Hold down [Alt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom. 
    Mac: Hold down [Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom. 
  • Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog. 
  • Close Lightroom. 
  • Restart Lightroom.
