Franja blanca en la visualizacion

Buenas tardes

Cuando abro ligthroom me sale una franja blanca en la visualizacion que no me permite editar con normalidad. 

Me pierdo un trozo de informacion de la foto.

Llevo varios dias intentando resolver el problema pero no me ha sido posible. 

Me podeis ayudar por favor? Estoy desesperada!!

You are using an old version of Lightroom which is not compatible with your OS.

This means that strange things can happen, like the Info overlay displaying with a white background instead of transparent.

You can hide the overlay by pressing I (the I key on your keyboard) once or twice.

If you are running a recent version of Mac OS,  do not uninstall Lightroom, as you will not be able to reinstall it.

You seem to be running Lightroom CC 2015, which indicates that you have a Creative Cloud subscription.

If so, update to the latest version, using the CC desktop app.
