Frozen applications LrC % Photoshop after upgrade

After updating to LrC 14 & Photoshop 2025 my desktop freezes whilst working in these apps. At this moment both applications to me. Since Photoshop 4 & LrC 5 i have been working with these apps but this is new to me. Can it be fixed?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post. Also large amounts of text in a post also render the Translate function inoperable...

Hereby the systeminformation. I reinstalled the previous version of Photoshop and that functions properly. I did remove and reinstalled the latest version of LrC after reinstalling the previous version of LrC but then I had a problem with the catalogue which was updated and the previous version will not accept that. Therefore I reinstalled the latest version LrC and the same problem with slowness, freezing etc. occurred. At he moment LrC is almost uselees to me
