FTP server cannot be found

I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I am a rookie at this but here is my question:

I have setup a webpage with Adobe Muse. I can preview it with my Browser

I have a creative cloud account with my username being xxx@mac.com and a password.

I have created in LR a gallery and am ready to upload to my businesscatalyst site. In my configure FTP File Transfer I have a Preset that I have created:

Server: http://lungxxx.businesscatalyst.com/

Username: http://lungxxx.businesscatalyst.com/my email address that I log onto my Adobe account

Password: my Adobe account password

Then I have tried leaving my Server Path blankI have tried my Server Path being http://businesscatalyst.com/

I have tried also http://lungxxx.businesscatalyst.com/

I have tried http://lungxxx.businesscatalyst.com/my email Adobe sign on

I have SFTP selected

I have Port 22 selected. I have also tried Port 21

Then when I hit UPLOAD I am asked to enter my username and password

It is prepopulated with http://lungxxx.businesscatalyst.com/

I have left that alone.

I have tried just my email address for Adobe

I have appended this pre-populated item with my Adobe email address

And used my Adobe PW.

But I still get message "FTP transfer failed with message "the server could not be found"

Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong, please!
