GDI Handle Leak in Windows

So many versions later, I think Lightroom Classic 14.x has a GDI handle leak still. I also have a machine with 128GB of ram, and amd finding that eventually Windows grounds to a halt with Lightroom classic open, where opening any other window fails, or eventually just stalls out. I opened a ticket with Adobe and it was suggested I upgrade my GPU (which in 2024 is nearly impossible RTX4080 already)
