Generative Error Message

hi, i always have error message when i use AI.... sometimes it work, but 75% not.  (see attach file). i have the last version, and a good precessor & SSD. how to have the option withour error ? help !

That does not look like an error message from LrC, but from perhaps your OS. But I cannot prove that, or find a result via a web search.

 

In your Windows Event Viewer, can you see a corresponding event. Does that provide more info?

That error is definitely from LR -- it's in TranslatedStrings_Lr_fr_FR.txt:

"$$$/Clio/StatusCode/HTTP/IsNSFW=Nous avons rencontré un problème avec vos résultats. Veuillez consulter nos instructions et réessayer."

 

LR's English version of that message is:

"$$$/Clio/StatusCode/HTTP/IsNSFW=We encountered an issue with your results. Please view our guidelines and try again."

 

The Adobe Firefly service implementing LR's Generative Remove sends that error message when it thinks the image it's processing violates Firefly's guidelines (e.g. explicit nudity, graphic violence, etc):

There have been a few reports of Generative Remove incorrectly thinking an image violates the guidelines. I recommend that you post in the thread where Adobe wants all feedback about the beta ("early access") Remove:

Be sure to attach a full-resolution JPEG exported from the original, unmodified photo -- without that, your feedback won't be actionable by Adobe.

Also, what file format are you working on? Have you tried using the feature on a different part of the image to see if that works?
