Try importing one of the photos again, ensuring that  in the Import window on the right, Apply During Import > Metadata is set to None:

If the GPS coordinates now import, you were using a Metadata preset that was clearing the GPS field.

If this doesn't help, upload one of the photos to Dropbox or similar and post the sharing link here.  We'll take a look.
