Question

Getting the amount slider to work on presets

Hi there, can you please help?

I have created some presets in groups, but for all of the presets, the amount slider is greyed out.

I selected one of my presets and clicked the plus button to convert it to a new preset with the amount slider checked. However, after doing this, when I click on the preset, the amount slider is still greyed out.

Are there any settings that need to be adjusted to get the amount slider to work? What am I doing wrong?

For reference I am on a MacBook Pro.

Thank you.

Here is some of the XMP data from one of my presets for your perusal so you might be able to see where I'm going wrong.

Not everything in a preset supports the amount slider. Your preset contains specific values for white balance sliders. I wonder if that is the reason, because Temperature cannot be lower than 2000, but setting the Amount slider to about 30% or less would do that.

Thanks for your reply and letting me know.

As I said, I clicked on one of the presets and clicked the plus button to create brand-new one with the same settings but with the amount slider checked, however with the new preset created the amount slider still greyed out.

Is there any reason why this could be?
