glitched photos in develop bar

Hi guys, i received a big problem with my lr classic. it doesnt matter if i try to work on .JPEG or on RAW files all photos looks glitched in development bar but looks normal on library bar. I've tried to reinstall lightroom and windows, but no luck. maybe someone have this problem too or know how to fix it?

Try disabling the GPU.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Performance, and uncheck Use graphics processor.

Updating the graphics driver may make it possible to work with the GPU enabled.
