Global change to server address which links to photos

How can the server address to photos be globally changed in Lightroom Classic 15.0.1 (WIN11)?

I am looking to find a location where to make a single change that will update the links for a large number of photos.

Is the server referenced by a drive letter? How does LrC show the folder name in the Metadata Panel if you hover your mouse over the field next to the word Folder? (Screen capture below shows the folder name, but if you hover your mouse which I can't get a screen capture of you will see the full path)

The source is actually an extranet site. It shows \\extranet...\...

How could I use this information?

There's no global setting for this. You can do it only folder-wise.
