Question

Google Pixel 3 camera profile for lightroom & Photoshop

I just purchased a google Pixel 3 phone for it's best rated camera, and now I would like to take full advantage of Lightroom CS5 & Photoshop CS6. My RAW images look "flat" in Lightroom  compared to the JPD file.  I don't see the camera profile being pick up by the two software programs. Do I need to update the software, or download a Google Pixel 3 phone camera profile from Adobe.com? What do I need to do? Help!

Not sure what you mean by "Lightroom CS5"  Current version of Lightroom-Classic is v8.3.1 (by subscription)

And, like mirrorless cameras, the camera profile is possibly embedded in the raw data of the DNG image file. You could apply other creative profiles or Develop Presets as you want.

    Cameras supported by Camera Raw

    Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

Camera supported is not the same as camera profile, which I think is what the original question was.

My guess is that there are no camera profiles for cell phone cameras, and you'll have to create your own develop presets. Updating your software is unlikely to help.
