Hi guys having trouble and noticed lack of performance and looked at the gpu settings in light room. The gpu acceleration is only on limited  and the export and processing option is greyed out.

I have recently swapped my Gpu from rtx 2060 6g to a radeon 7800xt sapphire pure  16gb . I have direct x 12 installed but the 7800 xt is a beast of a card and should not be held back by anything. Is there a reason this option is not available or is the card too new for adobe to clarify It was released this summer 2023 so not sure if this is the case thanks guys

LR doesn't access graphics processors directly but via the operating-system APIs. So if Windows supports the GPU, LR does too. lease do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
