Green line appearing after export

Hey guys, I've searched all over for a solution and couldn't find any. It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes this green line is appearing either on the very top or the very bottom of the photo after exporting. It doesn't appear within Lightroom environment where I'm working on the raw file. But usually on the exported jpg (8 bit, 300 dpi). Cropping it on Photoshop doesn't help either because it will continue to appear regardless. 

Any help will be appreciated.
