Hello, I have had this persistent problem for over a year now with no solution from Adobe Support! Here is my problem. I am running Windows 11 on an Intel i7 -processor on a Dell Desktop computer, with 32 mb of memory onboard.  I am running  an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card & All drivers are up to date. Adobe Lightroom Classic continues to crash (Greyed out screen) when I attempt to run it (It opens then the grey screen appears). I then need to go into Task Manager and close the program. PLEASE ADOBE HELP ME!!!!!

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble. If you close the program from the task manager, do you get an Adobe crash report? If yes, have you submitted any of those?

Also, it would be helpful if you could share your computer's System Info with us. You can go to the Help menu in Lightroom Classic, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the text with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

Meanwhile, try using the application without the GPU enabled for a bit to check if that makes a difference. You can go to the Edit menu, then Preferences. From there, select the Performance tab and disable the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once done, relaunch the application and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Nikunj
