Has anyone seen error message "If you leave the photo on this service, lightroom will be unable to manage this photo in the future"

If anyone has seen this error message, what did it mean? and how did you resolve it?

    I was not using any service. I had just imported my photos into Lightroom 6 and when I pulled up one of the photos, I got the error message. I am not aware that I was using a service. Most of the imported photos came up fine with no error message.

    BTW, I got 3 options of what to do with the photo with the error message: "Leave Photo on Service"; "Cancel"; or "Remove from Service"
