Having trouble downloading Lightroom Classic CC

I got a new laptop and I need to redownload Lightroom Classic CC for class where I'm using my school email to sign in. When I click the download button, it sends me to a page where it redirects me to send an email containing the link for the download. When I go into my email and click the link, it loops me back to the first page, where it asks me to email the link to myself again. I'm stuck in this cycle and am not sure where to move forward from here.

I don't recall this happening when I downloaded LR Classic CC at the beginning of the semester. Please help! Thank you.
