Question

HDR files that have been Enhanced Denoised are causing intermittent crashes

I've been having a lot of intermittent crashes after I denoise an HDR merged file, and I attempt to add that file to a collection or view it again in the library or in the develop module. This isn't happening during the denoise process or immediately afterward. It happens after the file is created and is available in the library. It's an intermittent problem, too, so it's hard to reproduce. It seems to happen most frequently with files that had mask layers added after the HDR merge and before the enhanced denoise feature was used.

I also noticed these enhanced files often won't sync, or if they are available on Lightroom Web, they have a vertical and horizontal white bar, making an incomplete box across the photo. For example: https://adobe.ly/3PbKsIq

I'm running the Mac version of Lightroom Classic v14.1.1 but have been having this problem with the last few versions. Could staff please see the crash reports I have submitted, which are associated with the email on this account? Thanks!
