it is possible to split an HDR photo in all the photo that has been shotted? I would erase one of them because not on focus

If it's an HDR photo directly from the camera, I'm afraid it's not possible to split it into the original exposures. Similarly, once an HDR merge is created in Lightroom, there’s no way to separate it back into individual bracketed shots.
What you can do, however, is locate the original images that were used to create the HDR, delete the one you don’t want, and then run the HDR merge again using only the remaining photos.
