HDR processing taking more and more time

Hi

On both my computers, HDR processing takes more and more time each time I add a new merge.

I'm talking about the time it takes after you've cliked HDR (or Ctrl+h sortcut) for the preview to be rendered and you being able to click on "merge".

Both "auto align" and "auto edit" (not shure of the translation sorry) are checked.

It can be very long. At first, processing 5 125Mo files takes about 20-30 seconds. Then it takes about 3 or 5 minutes.

The way to solve this is to "optimize catalog" then restart LR. this is not convenient as sometimes you have to do it every 3 or 5 processings.

Any fix to this ?

If you close then restart LrC, does it behave again?And if that worked, does the slowness eventually reoccur?If you shut down the computer, and turn it back on, then start LrC, does it behave again?And then, for how long does it behave?
