Question

Help fixing many issues with Lightroom catalog after repair.

Recently upon launching Lightroom Classic, I received a message saying my catalog was corrupt. I initiated the repair process, which it completed, and upon launching Lightroom Classic afterward, all of my files are in a random order when I try to sort by "capture time", most of the previews no longer show, and the metadata doesn't show in the metadata tab. As you can see from the screenshot, there appears to be a date below the files, but not on the right side in the metadata tab. Also a lot of photos that were shot vertically are appearing horizontally.

Any tips on how to correct this?

To fix all of those problems might take a while. Especially when photos don't have previews. Better approach is to restore a recent backup of your catalog file.

Looks like many missing photos, and perhaps an issue with folders.
