1. Go to a store like walmart and buy a Visa card for cash.

2. Go to a store like B&H and send them a check for an annual subscription.

3. Give cash to a friend with a credit card and have them buy it for you from Adobe

The real question is how can you survive in the world in this day and age without a credit card?

To my knowledge you can't subscribe to any Adobe plan without one. You can use a Prepaid CC as long as you keep money in it.
