Help installing Lightroom 6 LS11

I've been using Lightroom 6 for ages. Now I needed to reset my windows 10 installation and I cannot install it anymore. It always asks me to update my browser.

I have already set up creative cloud on my machine.

Is there a workaround to get this installed?

Lr 6 has been released in 2015, and you are missing a lot. You said that you have set up Creative Cloud on your PC. That means that you have a subscription, somehow. If that is the case, why don't you use a more current version?

My 0.02: Since photography went digital, the software on the PC is an integral and important part of a digital photo workflow. If you are shooting with decent gear, the photography subscription will probably be the lowest expense in a year compared to what all the gear costs .... and no, I'm not working for Adobe 😉

So you mean to say I bought a physical medium copy of a software with the purpose of running it after adobe switches to its weird CC system and it is now worthless? Seems I need to find a cracked version then
