HELP: My Lightroom continuously keeps opening a new window

When I open my Lightroom, it keeps on opening a new tab again and again.

Don't think it's a "lock" catalog problem as I cannot find the "lock" file.

I also created a new catalog but it continuously tries to open the same catalog over and over again.

I also tried un/reinstall, but I still faced the same problem. Did anybody face the same issue?

I presume that 'Tab' means Task Bar 'Buttons'

The answer, I believe, is in the very last post at this link-

1. Backup your catalog

2. Run the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool to un-install and remove ALL detritus pertaining to Lightroom

3. Download and do a fresh install of Lightroom

The Adobe CC Cleaner tool can be found here-

What do you mean "opening a new tab"? There is no "tab" in Lightroom. Can you show us a screen capture?
