Help needed - new LR Classic CC is slower than before :(

Hello,

I have upgraded the LR to the Classic CC version yestarday and after several several hours I can see in general that is slower. It may be faster on importing, on tools like "Q "and other stuff, but in general, what I use it the most, when I press "R "I always get a grey image for 2-3 sec maybe ... I hate it   Any fix for this ?
I am using the latest IMAC 2017 , i7 , 27 inch , 16 gb of ddram ( my memory is barely used, is under 20% utilisation all the time ) ...
Moving from picture to picture is also slower...

I have tried to render 1:1 previews , embed version. Generating smart preview dose help but very very little ...

Thank you in advance if you can help !

Well.. Glad to know i'm not the only one facing this problem.. I'm on a 2012 iMac and the previous version of Lightroom seemed to run so much more efficiently. Switching between photos is such a chore now.

However credit where it's due, brushes, radial filter, graduated filter and the other tools seem to be more responsive. Not sure if i appreciate the trade off as i've hundreds of images to filter through everyday.

P.s. I've done everything on Optimize Lightroom performance.

I am on OSX on the latest imac i7 , 2017 , 3tb fusion drive ( i have faster raid drive, with 600 mb/s speed, is the same result ) , latest osx version, updated a few days ago.
All my settings are optimised as for that guide.
