Help with Pointer....

So basically using the transform tool in LRC there seems to be a bigger step on the LOUPE window when im trying to be intricate.

Is there a way to make the step smaller/smoother?

Running a pretty decent PC so i dont think/hope not the card....

any help appreciated.
