help with transferring from SD card to computer.

My nikon d750 is not listed when it says pick a source. I am trying to transfer from my SD Card to my computer. I have LR10.....very new to me. I was working with LR5.

Are you using Lightroom or Lightroom Classic? Do you know the difference? Can you post a screen shot?

Really shouldn't be any difference between LrC 10 and Lr 5 on this function. Please show us a screen capture of your Import dialog box, when the camera is connected and turned on (or the SD card is in the card reader). Please use the "Insert PHotos" icon to include your screen capture in your reply. Do NOT attach files.
