Help with Unusual Image Appearance in Lightroom Classic

Hello I'm trying to solve an issue that has annoyed me for sometime. In Windows 11, when I try to important RAW files and am selected my desired images the preview appears unsual with pixelation and a low contrast apperance (see attached image). This seems to be correcteed once image is imported in the library and develop module but makes selecting the best image for import really difficult. I should mention the issue also appears in the smaller Navigator view in the top left and also the film strip once I'm in the libary/develop modules but this is less annoying as I've already picked the images at this point.

Can't understand why this might be. Have kept LR up to date as well as monitor firmware (Alienware AW3225QF), video card etc but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your help!

I did adjust the monitor profile but that didn't seem to make a difference. However I did also upgrade my windows to Windows 11 and that fixed the issue finally.

Thanks again for the input

You may have updated the monitor firmware, but have you updated the monitor profile?

Your screen-clip looks like a monitor profile problem. (but doesn't illustrate much else!)

To test- follow the advice here-

@gharv29    Nice to know you have it working.

FYI (For the future) even updates to Windows-11 may not include a Monitor Profile that suits Lr-Classic, so it often helps to go to the video/graphic card manufacturer (OEM) and install the latest profile from there that is specific for your Graphics card.
