Help With Updating Lightroom

I tried opening the creative cloud app and checking for new updates but nothing returned so I decided to uninstall Lightroom via the creative cloud app.

I then installed Lightroom via the creative cloud app and now it appears it has installed an older version than I had before I uninstalled it

Any suggestions please.

    installing Lightroom is always a two-step process.

    1 - Install the 6.0 version

    2 - install the 6.x patch on top of the 6.0 install.

    The CC desktop app does not always see the upgrades. Sometimes you need to log out then back in.

    Use the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner and select Check for App Updates.
