Hi. I am trying to export a photo to have printed. I need it to be 11x14 to fit in a frame. I tried once and a white bar printed across bottom of the print. What did I do wrong and how do I fix it to print 11x14? Thank you.?

My photo printed 11x13 with a white bar across bottom of photo. I need an exactly 11x14 printed to fit a frame. How can I do this to set it up in Lightroom?

Sounds like your original photo will not fit into 11x14 properly, that’s why the white space appears. (If so, it has nothing to do with Lightroom Classic, it’s actually simple math) What are the pixel dimensions of this photo (width and height)?

    1433x2650

So your photo has an aspect ratio of 1433x2650 or the width is about 56% of the height. You want to print at 11x14, where the width is about 78% of the height. So the photo will not fit onto an 11x14 without some white space or some cropping.

The usual advice is to crop the original photo to an 11x14 aspect ratio, and then the cropped photo will fit exactly onto your 11x14 paper.
