Highlight Video Segments as Dynamic Copies

Would be nice to be able to highlight clips within video files as dynamic copies and queue them up for export alongside selected photos. Looking for a good way to nondestructively go through videos and photos so I can exporting only the best copies to a video editor or slideshow generator.
