For about a month I have been using Lightroom Classic on my Mac, for two days it doesn't matter photos in the catalog, it gets stuck and doesn't let me turn off the Mac, I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but nothing, zero imported photos,

This is confusing to me. LrC gets stuck and doesn't let you turn off the MAC is one problem; but then you uninstall/reinstall and there are zero imported photos, this is an entirely different problem.

Addressing the zero imported photos, you have (accidentally?) opened a new catalog or a blank catalog, instead of your actual working catalog. You have to search for it, using Mac Finder (or Windows Explorer), searching for all files whose name ends with .LRCAT. Then double-click on each of the files found until you find the correct catalog showing your actual photos.

If you want help with getting stuck and can't turn off the MAC, please provide a lot more details, including what steps you were doing in LrC just before it got stuck, and including the information from the LrC command Help->System Info
