how can i get lightroom classic to sync with lightroom mobile?

im currently trying to make the switch from lightroom mobile on my computer to lightroom classic. but, the photos from mobile won't sync with classic. it says its in the process of syncing, but it never actually syncs a single photo.

    Hey, @brianna_0733. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I'll help you figure this out.

    Lightroom Classic does not sync directly with the Lightroom desktop or mobile; you'll have to check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u)


    In Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u), look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, please ensure you have backups for the images.

     

    After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.
