How Can I Reuse a Photo Book Layout in Lightroom Classic With Different Images?

This might be something simple, but I've troubleshooting in every way I could think of. 
I am trying to create the same exact photo book but with my color images. For some reason when I try to add my color images (collection), the book resets, and adds all of those images in randomly which I do not want.
 
I've tried dragging the folder down to the main bar at the bottom, but that doesn't work either.
 
I tried looking for an option where I can save the entire photo book layout as one and reopen it as a template. This I am still searching for. Is it even a feature? 
 
I just need some options or ideas. There's got to be something I'm missing here.
 
What is the easiest way to continue making photobooks with the exact same inside layout? I would like to keep all of my flower books the same. Thank you for any useful tips.

Try these steps-1) Be sure you have created a [Saved Book] that creates a new Book Collection in the Collection panel.2) [Right-Click] on the Saved Book Collection and choose -[ Duplicate Book ]. You will get a 'Copy' Book Collection.  Select this Copied Book Collection to view it (as a book).3) Press  KB [G] or goto Library view (ie. viewing the photos in the copied book collection)4) Press [Ctrl + A] to select all then press [Delete] (The copied book collection will now be empty 0 )If you then [Double-Click] on the Copied Book Collection you will reopen the copied book and all the photo cells will be blank, but the layout of pages (and text) will remain.5) Now you can go back to the Library [ G ] (or another standard Collection) and drag these (new) photos onto the Copied Book Collection.6) **Fill the blank photos cells by dragging individual photos from the Film Strip.  **DO NOT use Clear Layout or Auto Layout, or start a new book from the top module menu.7) Rename the Copied Book Collection to something more useful (other than a {Name Copy})
