How do I delete photos from cloud storage?

Hey Guys!

My 20GB cloud storage is full and I'm no longer able to use lightroom mobile.

My workflow is usually doing the main edits on LR classic( I don't use LR CC) then final edits in LR mobile before posting to instagram or other platforms. I can't afford to switch to  1TB plan so any idea how I can empty my cloud storage without losing my photos and albums in LR classic?! Coz I've read somewhere here that deleting the photos via connecting to adobe account will delete em also from the desktop app!

Unsync the photos, for example by unsyncing the collection in Classic LR. You can then re-sync the collection.

It's important to understand that your 20gb consists of originals in the cloud, for example any new pictures taken in LrMobile. This is causing the problem. If you unsync them, then resync them, the originals aren't synced and instead Classic LR sends "smart previews" or proxy files that don't count against your 20gb.

There is also a Creative Cloud Files folder which contributes to your 20gb. Deleted photos can clutter this up, and you can permanently delete them by logging into https://assets.adobe.com/assets/recent
