how do I Duplicate every image within a sequence?

hello, I have a long timelpase and I need to duplicate every frame multiple times. I rember doing this once before in a very easy manner. couldnt find it this time can anyone help me out?

If you want "1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3…" as asked by @Conrad_C , AND you are creating the video (or Slideshow) within Lightroom-Classic, then the "Virtual Copy" suggestion as by @dj_paige is the way to go. So easy to select all photos, and press [Ctrl+' ] as many times as needed for the number of copies required.

If you are creating the video 'outside' in another App, then Exporting several copy versions would be needed.

Lightroom Classic cannot create real duplicates at all, it only creates virtual copies. What you might have done was export each image and add the exported image to the catalog.

What software are you using?

If Lightroom Classic, select the desired photos, then select Photo->Create Virtual Copies (or equivalently press Ctrl-apostrophe)

thank you but im not exactly trying to make a virtual copy, im trying to add frames to my timelapse. So I have 800 photos I need to duplicate every signle image to make the timelapse longer. I remember there being a way to do it. Sequence image order is what I remember.
