How do I edit a bad cloth backdrop?

I have a bad backdrop I used which is a wrinkled white cloth can someone share with me how I can blur white the backdrop only?

    You can try using LR to do this with the Adjustment brush but it would be better done in PS. And in PS you can replace the backdrop, cutting out, selecting, the actual subject, with one that isn't wrinkled.
