How do I get rid of this subscription reminder?

I have an active subscription with monthly payment. However, by the end of each billing cycle, Lightroom and Photoshop keep asking me to renew by showing this popup window (picture attached below). This is quite annoying. Please let me know how to get rid of it. Thanks!
