Not sure what you mean. You install software the same way as you installed it on your old computer. Can you be a bit more specific about what problem you are having?

Thank you for answering! I do not longer have the program. I downloaded it
several years ago, but now I don't now where to find it. I only have the
serial number. I have the same problem with Photoshop Elements.
