How do I open my photos from LR Classic to PS CC 2019 instead of PS 2020?

I have both PS CC 2019 and PS 2020 but I primarily use CC 2019.  I have an iMac and when in LR I hit <CMD/Shift and E and it defaults to 2020.  Also when I try to open by hitting <Photo --> Edit in, only PS 2020 shows up.  I looked in preferences in LR but no luck....

Yes what you are experiencing will happen automatically, that is LR default the most advanced of Photoshop gets sellected. You can set PS CC 2019 as a secondary edit in application in the preferences.

I have the opposite problem.

I'm running Lightroom Classic 9.0 Camera Raw 12 Build[201910151439] on my Mac and upgraded Photoshop to 2020 today but Lightroom still opens files in Photoshop CC2019. I have not yet upgraded to Catalina, still running Mojave 10.14.6.

How to I get Lightroom to use the new version of Photoshop?
