How do I stop lightroom auto editing my panorama outputs?

Good evening.So, I have 9 DNG files which I've put into Lightroom, edited the photos, which included reducing the exposure and highlights for parts shot into the sun. I have syned the edits across all 9 photos so they are all of a similar lighting etc. When I then merge - panorama, lightroom presents me with the output but its brightened the image up, blowing out the highlights. Auto settings is Not selected. I did try ticking this and it does further processing in that instance. Is there any way I can stop lightroom doing this?I've tried exporting my edits to TIFs and doing the same thing but I get the same results. If I right click, edit in, and try photoshop to stitch the panoramas, the edits stick but then I lose the boundary warp function, which I need to use for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The editing of individual images (with a few small exceptions such as spot healing) is not used when assembling a panorama. It just uses the image metadata from your camera that contain exposure settings and compensates all images for changes in exposure settings, applies lens corrections such as vignetting and then assembles the images in the projection you chose. Finally if you have not selected the "auto settings" button, it copies the basic slider edits from the top selected image to the panorama. So if you did any local edits to the individual images, they won't show up in the final image. It really just works from the raw files. It does matter which image you chose as the top image however.
