how do i use a plugin on lightroom (latest version)

hi, they used to have a "plugin manager" setting. but they no longer do.how do i use plugins on the latest version of light room?plz help &#128578;

It sounds like you may be using the cloud version of Lightroom, which doesn't support plugins. Lightroom Classic, the latest version of the traditional folders-focused Lightroom, still supports plugins via the menu command File > Plug-in Extras > Plug-in Manager.

You can tell which version you're running by doing Help > System Info. See here for a good introduction to the differences between Lightroom (cloud) and Lightroom Classic:
